[reSIProcate] Current stack passes protos test suite

	I have subjected the current stack (with a slight modification to  
fully parse every message received) to the protos test suite, and it  
has weathered it just fine. I used repro as the UA. I will be testing  
the code in b-bwc-parser_hardening next.
