[reSIProcate] Infrastructure upgrade

The SIPfoundry is moving many of its services to new hardware and  
upgrading versions
of the software it depends on.

At 1am Thursday 8/3 GMT (which is 7pm Wednesday  on the US Pacific  
coast, and 10am Thursday in Tokyo),
we will be shifting all services except for the web pages at  
www.sipfoundry.org to the new system.

This includes subversion, viewsvn, and the mailing lists.

You should not have to take any action. DNS will be adjusted to point  
to the new machine, so any existing
working copies you have out should work against the copy of the  
repository in the new location.

To the extent possible, try to keep your subversion traffic low  
starting at the time above and for about
an hour afterwards (or until you see email from us that the  
switchover is complete).

If you have questions, or run into problems during the changeover,
