[reSIProcate] SVN head version or resiprocate-0.9.0-5019

Hi All,

Well I am involved in developing a B2BUA using resiprocate and DUM.
What I would like to know is should I use the SVN head version of the 
stack or the release
resiprocate-0.9.0-5019.
I am confused because certain features like sending an INVITE without an 
SDP is not supported in the
resiprocate-0.9.0-5019.
