[reSIProcate] building on Windows

Hi:

1) Does any one compile resiprocate's SVN HEAD with MinGW32 under Windows ?
If answer is 'yes': what's the trick ? I mean, do I have to use MSYS in 
order to be able
to run autotools ? ...I've tried the use-autotools.sh, but it fails 
because I don't have a
command line svn executable... is that the good way ?
I had compiled resiprocate-0.9.0-5019 using MSYS and ./configure 
followed by make,
but it doesn't work anymore on SVN HEAD :-(

2) Using Visual Studio, is it possible to link reSIProcate & DUM as DLLs ?
