[reSIProcate] Q regading reSIProcate

1)In different pages on different sites, reSIProcate is under various
licence ie VOVIDA,LGPL,VOCAL(BSD type),GPL. which one is true??

3)is it compatible  in Linux kernel 2.6 ?? 
 
I don't know, but it's source code, so why not? 

4)which driver is used ??

None, it's a software stack.
