[reSIProcate] updates to stun code

Scott,

That's a great project.  I've just been running into some problems
dealing with STUN down in the transport layer and it will clearly be
better to handle it at a higher layer, especially toward getting ICE
working.  Let me know if you need help/feedback on it, we may be able
to help out some.
