[reSIProcate] How to use resiprocate for developing a UA

Hi,
I want to develop a UA based on resip,
but it seems that the resip is only a sip stack,
I would like to know how to handle the sound/video
part?
can anyone provide the related libs or projects can be
used for cooperating with resip for a complete UA.
