[reSIProcate] dynamicaly change port

There is no way to do this in 0.9 release.  I'm pretty sure the ability to
add transports at runtime was added to the SVN head revision - but removing
at runtime is still not implemented.

I am using reSIProcate 9.0 and I have ported on WINCE. Now I want add and
remove transport from DUM at run time , still I am not able find any way for
