[reSIProcate] REGISTER timeout

Greetings.

Is there way to set timeout for REGISTER attempts?

There is next issue:
1) I send REGISTER packet in really noise wireless network - there are big  
packet losses.
2) There is no answer - so onRequestRetry is called. It returns 1.
3) The next REGISTER packet is sent.
4) There is no answer - so onRequestRetry is called. It returns 1.
5) The next REGISTER packet is sent.

...

20) Got error 408.

How can I set timeout when error 408 should come?
