You would have to modify/recreate the visual studio project settings - I haven't tried this before, so I'm not sure what trouble you might run into.

Subject: [reSIProcate] dynamic linking on windows
Hi all,
I´d like to use reciprocate library as a windows dll. I have compiled the default VS.Net solution and obtained a static library. How can I obtain a reciprocate.dll instead of reciprocate.lib.
Thanks in advance.
Javier
