[reSIProcate] Changing Udp class to nonblocking mode

Hi,
 
I would like to change the current Udp class in rutil
to use nonblocking sockets (for obvious reasons)
and I would like to ask if someone would see any 
issues with this?
 
I believe this class is currently used by the STUN 
functions only, is this correct?
