[reSIProcate] transaction matching/via checking

It was my external UA that was reusing the branch-parameter.  I
recognize that this is not proper behavior, however, having reciprocate
send the transaction to itself indefinitely did not seem like proper
behavior either.

Do you mean some external UA or your 'router/load-balancer'?
Reuse of the branch-parameter is a no-no. :-) It will lead to all  
kinds of problems.
