[reSIProcate] support for PRACK(rfc 3262)

Hi all

I am trying to implement offer/answer model using PRACK.
I am using resiprocate-0.9.0-5019. According to documentation there is
no support for  PRACK in this release. 

But in old "reSIProcate" mailing list(around Nov 2004) i could see
discussions regarding implementing support for PRACK.
When will this implementation be available? 
Has any body already implemented this for resiprocate and is the
reference implementation available?
