[reSIProcate] unique branch codes from Call Manager

Hey Resipies - Are any of you out there using Cisco's Call Manager
within your VOIP application?

If so, have you ever had a problem with it not creating unique branch
codes?

Further, do you know how to modify Call Manager to create unique branch
codes?
