As a point of completeness, you can also see this if there is a  
serious syntax error in the message preventing one of the critical  
fields from being parsed. Network mismatch (wrong ip / port),  
duplicate branch parameter, and in-dialog INVITE with no such dialog  
cover the most probably ways for a message to 'go missing'.
