[reSIProcate] LoadLibrary exception when load dll that link dum.lib for revision 5900

resip all,

	I build a dll with dum.lib under vs.net 2005, when I update resiprocate to revision 5900 today, I found the LoadLibrary will throw exception, but when I update resiprocate back to revision 5770 and recompile my dll with it, the LoadLibrary runs OK.

	ANY one can help me?
