[reSIProcate] Function to check whether DUM's InviteSessionHandler exists?

Hi,

I cannot seem to find a function that can tell me
whether the InviteSessionHandler exists in my DUM. The
closest thing I can find is findInviteSessionHandler,
but that requires a DialogId. 
I just want to make sure that I don't call the
setInviteSessionHandler twice.
