[reSIProcate] How to convert string to Via header efficently?

Hi,

I have used VOVIDA to build Via with Data input, but resiprocate stack 
dose not have the same constructor for Via class.

What is the efficient or simplest way to convert the following string to 
Via header?

Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 
192.168.1.40:5064;rport=5064;branch=z9hG4bKD6B5ACBA86B54F6FA4428C0DEFC6A026;received=216.232.70.40
