[reSIProcate] DUM: different behaviors of provideAnswer forServerInviteSession and ClientInviteSession

I have a question on the different behaviors of provideAnswer for
ServerInviteSession and ClientInviteSession. Why is the message sent
synchronously for ClientInviteSession, not ServerInviteSession? Is there
a case that one would call serverInviteSession->provideAnswer without
calling ensuing serverInviteSession->accept?
