[reSIProcate] Creating new dialog from 200 OK and no contact in 200 OK

Hello,

I have two questions based on the debug output pasted below:

1) Is it normal to create a new dialog from a "200 OK" to a SUBSCRIBE
request?
2) Is it normal to have no Contact information in the same "200 OK"? Why is
DUM complaining?
