[reSIProcate] How to implement a new METHOD ?

Hi all,

 

            Will anyone here be kind enough to tell me how do I go about

Implementing a new method in resiprocate ?  Say a propritery method so

that I can have some callback for it. 

 

            I am looking to implement an out of dialog method something 

very similar to REGISTER.  

 

            Can someone also tell me in brief the functionality of the
function

Dispatch which calls handler's callback
