Then I suggest reading RFC 3263 and looking at the Dns classes in  
resiprocate. The stack will do NAPTR queries, then SRV queries (as  
directed by the NAPTR record) and generally follow the procedures  
outlined in RFC 3263.  ( http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3263.txt ). If  
there is no NAPTR query, I believe the stack will query SRV records  
for the transports that are active and merge the results [* this is  
not strictly speaking legal but also not documented in 3263 *] and  
try the 'best' transport based on that sort.
