[reSIProcate] Patch to allow sending contents when accepting a NIT message

Attached are the (very small) changes I've made in order to allow sending a 
body with the 200 OK message sent in response to an incoming INFO (or other 
non-invite) message. Admittedly this is a pretty unusual thing to want to 
do, but when you need to do it there isn't really any other way it can be 
done.

Would there be any interest in incorporating this into the source?
