VOTE on creation of new SIP Foundry list:
Proposed scope and charter:
A mailing list for the discussion of using the reSIProcate SIP stack  
and building applications using the stack, and/or DUM, the dialog  
usage manager library. Any
discussion not related to the development of the stack internals is  
relevant on this
list.

[X] No,  I DO NOT support the creation of resiprocate-users.
[ ] Abstain. I have no opinion on this, but wish to register that
