[reSIProcate] More than one Dialog in DialogSet

My understanding is that multiple Dialogs only exist in a DialogSet if
the initial request is forked (or for implied REFER subscriptions).  I
don't think Conferencing requires multiple Dialogs within a DialogSet.
Either way - I don't believe it is possible in DUM to do this.

It is not absolutely clear for me how I can create more than one Dialog
in one DialogSet (for example for conference) using DUM...
Function DialogUsageManager::makeInviteSession(...) *always* create new
DialogSet.
