[reSIProcate] Reinvite on hold and 481 error.

Hi,

I am try to implement an Reinvite on hold application
via the Resiprocate Stack, but always meet the same
error:
481 Call Leg/Transaction Does Not Exists.

and my server application giving the following error:
 
testIvrClass: SipMessage.cxx:975: resip::RequestLine&
resip::SipMessage::header(const
resip::RequestLineType&): Assertion `!isResponse()'
failed.

The attached is my sniffed packets via ethereal.

Wish could get any help to solve this problem.
