SIP Statistics are not currently directed at any 1 TU - they are handled
directly by the TU Selector only.

Hi,
I would like to know what message filter rules I should use to register
to receive SIP statistics notifications as a TransactionUser.

Is there any test code in svn that I can look at for this?
