In short, No.
Just unpack the 0.9.0 tarball and type:
./configure --disable-static && make
in the top level directory (the one with configure).

Xcode support is NOT a high priority. There might be some people here  
using it, so I'll ask:

     ANYONE with an up-to-date xcode project file for resiprocate,  
PLEASE check it in if you can.
