[reSIProcate] Does DUM use DumProcessHandler SubscriptionPersistenceManager anywhere?

Hi all,

I'm in the process of investigating DUM, (I need a little more details
than provided in the WiKi) and I can't find where/if DUM uses
DumProcessHandler, SubscriptionPersistenceManager.
Can anyone provide a small description about these classes and how
they're used?
