Glad to hear it.
Just to clarify; in an earlier response I indicated that I like to  
build systems (and conventional wisdom is aligned with this) with 2x  
the memory, I meant to say:

I like to build a system with AT LEAST 2x THE PHYSICAL RAM available  
as swap.

So for a 256M machine, that means a 512M swap partition / file.

Sorry if I caused any confusion in this matter.  A total of 512M  
memory size strikes me as possibly small if you have X11, ooffice and  
a few other applications (firefox) running.
