[reSIProcate] Resiprocate 0.9.0 -- Released

The new stable version of resiprocate (0.9.0) is now released. Anyone  
wanting a stable baseline of reSIProcate is encouraged to download  
and use this release.  Please see the SipFoundry home page [1] or the  
reSIProcate project page [2] for more details, the release notes [3]  
are also available in our wiki [4]. Interesting stats about  
contributors to this release are also at the wiki [5].

A sincere thanks to everyone who made this release possible,  
especially Robert Sparks for his tireless drive to get this out the  
door!
