[reSIProcate] using Resiprocate with STUN

Not sure but, I think if you set the Contact, the stack should not overwrite
it with local information. Not sure about the via but I don't think it
matters much because the proxy will ad a received from address and use that
so it does not matter than the via has the wrong address.
