[reSIProcate] Pocket PC Development Environment for Resiprocate

I asked earlier about any suggestions for porting from those that have
been working on it, but actually just realized I had another
questions...

Have those who have gotten resiprocate running on the Pocket PC been
using Visual Studio 2005, or eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0?
