[reSIProcate] questions on TU and stateful proxy

TuIM was a pre dum implementation of the things a TU (Transaction User
layer) would need to do do IM (instant Messaging) and presence. test/limpc
and SipIMP use it but we hope to deprecate it soon and use a version based
on DUM instead. I don't recommend it - DUM is much better.
