[reSIProcate] wincompact

Dear all,
 for port to wince. Can i remove wincompact from the library resiprocate cos
wince doestn't support OSVERSIONINFOEX.
 If i do like that, can i remove also 

WinCompat::Version mWindowsVersion;

in the TransportSelector?

wince support OSVERSIONINFO and GetVersionEx, how can i

add code if i don't remove wincompact?
