[reSIProcate] DUM Download

I use Tortoise SVN to check out code of reciprocate I can check out the
testproj but could not the project and viewer information so what can I do?
Is there need of user name password to login SVN server?

DUM is new since resip 0.4.0.  I would highly recommend that you use SVN to
check out the latest resip code for experimenting with.  There are plans to
release a new tarball of resip soon.

          I need to download the DUM for the reciprocate 0.4.0 but I didn't
find it anywhere in sipfoundry site so from where I can find get it ?
