[reSIProcate] about windns.h in resiprocate

 Dear Experts,
  I tried to looking for windns.h in ares_init.h of c-ares library and ares 
original library.
 But they don't include windns.h at all.
  Why do you use in ares of resiprocate library? for which purpose?
 Can you tell me something about that?
