[reSIProcate] corrige to BasicRegister

Dear All,
 In BasicRegister example, if you want to make a REGISTER success, 
in the line 125,126. it have to add 
 clientDum.getMasterProfile()->setDigestCredential( "your realmr", "your 
user", "password" );
 
clientDum.getMasterProfile()->setOutboundProxy(Uri("sip:x.x.x.x:5060")); (
x.x.x.x = your ip of Proxy )

I have success in make some first example avec MFC. I will continue.

Resiprocate is great.
