[reSIProcate] using setDigestCredential in BasicRegister example

Dear All,

In BasicRegister example, I can send a REGISTER, but the response 
from realm is always 401 Unauthorized when I tried to using the method
of MasterProfile: setDigestCredential.

I can registed with the same data from a softphone.But i failded when test
with BasicRegister example.

Can you tell me how i can solve this problem?
