I think rjs's dialog-usage draft states that mid-dialog redirects "are not
well understood".  I would prob. treat them as a failure.

Is it legal for mid-dialog requests to be redirected?  ie.  Can an in-dialog
re-invite or refer request be redirected by the far end?
