I added some stuff to the doc directory and linked to it from the wiki.
This is our 'infamous' architecture diagram for the Transaction-down 
stuff.

Comments or feedback is appreciated.  This diagram has been kicking 
around for a while and this is most closely linked to Jason's slides 
from his Aug/04 TMC presentation. Thanks for the starting point Jason!
