[reSIProcate] Send a NOTIFY ?

I am looking into PRESENCE / IM functionality in reSIProcate.

I got SUBSCRIBE to be sent so far, I also successfully sent MESSAGEs, and I
am wondering how to send a NOTIFY when the PUA status changes (offline,
online, etc) ?

There is a "makePublication" method in DialogUsageManager, but it uses
PUBLISH, which I believe is still in draft.
