[reSIProcate] SVN and EOL ^M Issue

Apparently some of the files I'm checking in have the DOS eol (^M) character
in them. Does anyone know if there are some SVN client side settings I
should be using to correct this, or is that supposed to be handled by the
server?

PS. I'm using TortoiseSVN client for windows.

Thanks!
