[reSIProcate] Output Log to Visual C++'s Debug window

Hi, all,

I added some code to Logger.cxx and Logger.hxx so that
the Log can be output to Debug window in Visual C++
environment while debugging DUM-based application
(with the help of  OutputDebugStringA() function). I
hope this will faciliate the debugging for Debug
version. Can I contribute this?
