[reSIProcate] Suggestion to add onReferAccepted() in InviteSessionHandler

Hi, all,

For unattended transfer, if the transferor decides to
terminate the session with transferee after knowing
that the REFER has been accepted, we may need a
onReferAccepted() and terminate the session by sending
BYE in this callback. Any comments?
