[reSIProcate] build resip_test & basicRegister failed on Visual C++.NET 7.1

Hi,

Simply add resiprocate/StatisticManager.cxx,
resiprocate/StatisticMessage.cxx and resiprocate/TransportMessage.cxx (and
resiprocate/StackThread.cxx if you plan to use DUM) to the resiprocate
project.
It will solve your linkage problems.
