[reSIProcate] regarding sip stack

I use the developer version available via svn checkout.
just install svn (on linux typically per default installed), on windows
install for example the command line version from:
http://subversion.tigris.org/files/documents/15/14958/svn-1.0.6-setup.exe
Then you can check out the head version using:
svn co http://scm.sipfoundry.org/rep/resiprocate/main
