[reSIProcate-users] Exempting reSIProcate from export controls

Under current law, open source projects using or performing encryption can exempt themselves from export controls by sending an email to the Bureau of Industry and Security and the NSA Encryption Coordination Office (see 15 CFR 742.15(b)).

Once the note is sent, the source code and any object code derived from it are no longer subject to export controls of any kind.

Has anyone on the development team sent such a note?
