there is an issue where resiprocate  replies its contact as a private IP address.

where do i notify resiprocate that it is behind static NAT, such that it replies with its contact field set as number@publicip rather than the current number@privateip.

i have been looking into resip::Sipstack and resip::DialogUsageManager to no avail.

i sent this to repro-users first, and then saw the a notice saying that new users should subscribe to this list. so sorry about that.
