It's up to you.  Without PRACK the far end must repeat the same SDP in the 200 response and you cannot generate the answer until you send the ACK, so ignoring it is a fine option.  However if you want to steam media to the far end sooner, you could inspect the SDP and send media before the 200 arrives.
